Trick iPad Apps

I am currently running evasi0n iOS 6 on my iPad 4. I can upgrade to iOS 7 yet because there isn't a current jailbreak tool for latest iOS version. There are apps i want to install but requires iOS 7 to be installed. I was wondering if there is any Cydia tool that will trick apps, or App Store, into thinking I have iOS 7 installed so I can install these apps until we get a new jailbreak out??     You can change the ios version via ssh in conf files for version. I do not advice though as can make device unstable. Just google it. Cant remember which file it was.

    I used it few years ago to install couple apps from appstore which needed newer ios then I had and wasnt a jb yet.
