The folder "other" is almost 7GB

Hi I have a problem on my iphone. The folder "other" is almost 7GB and when I restore with ios "semirestore7" folder and "other" is still with 7GB. Can not decrease this folder and always ios charges that have little free memory. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Delete all your texts. The photos and all in that are taking up space.
