Iphone 5s stuck on apple logo

hi,
my iphone 5s is stuckon apple logo. ive tried everything and it doesnt work.
i ve even tried to go into recovery and dfu mode but when i connect it to pc ,it does not do anything.
i doesnt indicate that anything just connect.....help please

i ve fixed it and its running 7.1...can you please tell me how can i bypass "sim insert" stage ,because my jv sim is not working with it
