Help Needed - iPad 2 ios 7.0 stucked on loop after evasi0n 7 1.0.8

Hi guys:
I have an iPad 2 (wifi, 64gb,running ios 7.0). Today I tried to jailbreak it using evasi0n 7 v1.0.8. After finishing the process it got stuck in a reboot loop. I have tried to hard reset. Also tried pressing the Volume Up button for a couple minutes with no success; the loop just continues. Even tried to restore ios 7 while editing the host file, but i just get the error code 3194.
Is there any solution other than upgrading to ios 7.1.1? This will be my last resort since every time I have tried to jb this device, I have ended upgrading to the current unjailbreakable ios (have it since ios 5.1).
Have any of you experienced this? Please let me know.
