iphone asking for icloud from nowhere

hi guys my iphone 4 didn't have an icloud account in settings but when I restored its now asking for some icloud account. is there anyone who might know what happened here

You probably restored to iOS 7.1.1 or iOS 7.1, which needs you to sign in to your iCloud account.
