Can not restore non jailbroken iphone 4 to ios 7.1

I was using ios 6.1.3 on my iphone 4 8gb.
Then i thought to update to ios7.1 since i heard that 7.1 is bit faster than 7.0.
So i downloaded the ipsw for ipswdownloader.com.
The problem is i can not restore it from itunes.
The restore process started and at the last got an error 14.
Now i tried thrice but still getting error 14.
Can not solve this.
Please help me.
My device now has stuck on connect to itunes.
Its not starting .

Try using another USB port to see if it helps or if you're using a USB hub then try connecting to your computer directly. Ideally you should be able to updated your iPhone to the latest iOS OTA or using iTunes. You can check this link for more details:

I tried using different usb.
But still same,error 14.
:( cant use my iphone also -
Guess try it on another computer to see if it works.

I saw it to apple store .
They r charging 300 indian₹.

Never download ipsw from third party website
I did it
I have downloaded 7.1.1 from itunes and it worked
