i bought an iphonee 4s which is report to icloud as lost.
i tried to restore it but it need previous icloud account.
it runs on ios 7.x.x
is there any possible way to have it fully fuctional???
if not, any ways to use the important servises???
calls/sms/music-video/camera/internal storage???
i dont care about app store.

It is an anti-lock feature, so you can't bypass it. You should return the device to the owner.

there is not any way just to handle the apps in it??
if even cant use the call,sms,store -
