Hello, i have an iPhone 4 locked but activated with iOs 7.0.4. Now i need to update iOs 7.1.1 and i want to know if ther is a way to restore a locked iPhone 4 and acthve it without appropriate sim. Thank you and forgive my bad english

if you restore the phone and its carrier locked you will need said carriers sim card to activate. if you do an upgrade there is no need

Locked as in? Keypad locked or carrier locked?

Is Carrier locked. So hare you sure that upgrade no require activation with appropriate sim ?? Thankyou for reply
