I purchased a iphone 3g 8gb Sept 2008, I found out today I qualify for an upgrade to a iphone 3gs 16gb for $199

Normally I would just wait.. but my phone is kind of broken. The whole top is completely cracked. But I went on my account on AT&T and it said I could upgrade my phone for $199. I'm going to call AT&T and see.
