wow i was thinking OS 4.0 was only for the new iphone in June this is welcome news. Another feature that would be nice to create photos albums on the iphone itself and not on your computer and then having to sync them over to your phone that seems so ass backwards to me

I'll just wait and hope that apple does what needs to be done. But won't know why to buy in other iPhone in July if I'll have all the features already. Let's see what's the plan. Some ppl will be mad others mad too. It's always been that way. I can't wait!

Here's a big one no one mentioned: MAKE THE SPEAKERPHONE VOLUME LOUDER.
I would think if music can play so loudly from the iPhone, that the speakerphone volume would match it.
Am I the only one who thinks the speaker volume is weak on the iphone as compared with other phones?

if comments at top of box dissapear (go up) tap, hold and move selector up, move finger to top of phone to get to start of comment (assuming your using an iPhone of course lol) -

1. Native Categories (or folders) for Notes
2. In Contacts and Calendar, a Single/Simplified page to enter info instead of multiple sliding pages.
3. iPod settings in the iPod app. Infact most settings should be accessible within the apps themselves
4. Save clipboard entries for repeat use. -
widgets! make it support widgets! i'd love to see the GUI changed a bit, new look. style. o yeah, and about the ipod application. it would be really cool if we could rename, add artwork then and there, and also add lyrics. no?

other than multi-tasking and universal mail, i highly doubt anything else would be in there...(i would love that front facing camera to chat instead of getting on a damn computer :-/ )

Pop up blocker, hate having message alerts blast on screen, esp when i need privacy.
And a lock to stop the icons moving around or even deleting when i've accidentally touched the screen too long without looking!
