    Although I don't plan on getting an iPhone 4 and might wait for the next generation next year, but I think it is a good idea how the Apple is handling this due to the fact that on the day of the release, many people are going to get a new iphone and would have to activate and there will be floods of activation and how it will take about 48 hours to be activated (like the past 2 years), so I guess it is a smooth move on their part so that the activation can run smoothly.

    Something interesting...I spoke to Fedex and they said that the mass shipment of the iphones was received after cutoff so the delivery date of the 23 should actually be the 24 because they didn't leave on the 20th, they left on the 21. She also said that I should still receive it today, but might not be by the 10:30 it says on the tracking info, but that they technically have till the 28th to deliver it.
