Off topic, but this the latest thread :)...
How much better is the iPhone 4 daily battery life compared to a 3GS anyone?
I'm charging my 3GS twice daily, sometimes more - how often are you charging yout '4's out there?
-
Thanks DevTeam for your efforts.
Waiting for your Jailbreak tool for iOS4 -
I'm charging my iPhone 4 everyday! I don't use it all that much, I still think the battery life is ****! I'm returning mine, I'm sure it has a dud battery! I've used 6% just writing this, and I write fast! I have location services and all other battery drainers turned off and my screen as dim as possible and it still sucks!
-
**** yeah let's hope yours is a dud, doesn't sound good at all!
-
How can I get cydia to save my shsh blobs for me?

I'd say it is a lot better. I only charge mine once a day and I use it A LOT. As a test, I had music playing all night for 10 hours and my battery only got to 96% :)

Why be rude to people. Everyone is anxious for the jailbreak. Name calling isn't really necessary is it?
-
try turning off your multitask apps off once in a while
-
IT MEANS THAT YOU CAN RESTORE YOUR IDEVICE TO THOSE FIRMWARES. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO TO YOUR HOST FILES AND CHANGE THEM.CHECK SAURIKS PAGE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THAT.
-
if you have the cydia app then on the top of the main page(or sum where on the main page) it will say "make my life easier" click that and your done.
-
dude.... chiiiiiiiiiiiill.
-
Learn to English.
-
I never have apps running in the background, I thunk I'm the only one that didn't want/need multitasking. A way to turn off multitasking would be great for me.
-
do you mean learn to talk english idiot.
-
Wow, you don't catch on to sarcasm to easily do you?
-
That's more like it, I'd be content with that kind of consumption, my 3gs gets thru charges like there's no tomorrow
-
i bet you feel stupid now. pmsl if not you should. good night.
-
Lol that was a good one Jeff

I don't understand the whole thing, and I haven't found a good explanation so far:
I've upgraded my iPhone 3GS to iOS 4.0.1 and I desperately want to go back to the previous firmware (3.1.3 or so).
When I follow most instructions I find on the web, I get an error in iTunes "... device isn't eligible...". I guess this is related to the fact that Apple isn't signing these SHSH blobs (whatever that means).
And I've never saved my SHSH blobs with Cynthia or Saurik or anywhere... at least I think I never did. My iPhone 3GS has never been jailbroken or unlocked or anything.
Can somebody explain to me in plain English what my options for downgrading to 3.1.3 are? Mostly I find explanations that without my SHSH blobs I'm stuck, but I'm still looking for a way to downgrade... I just can't stand iOS 4. I'd be really grateful for anything that might help me.
