I doubt it will come with 4.0.2, the ios has just been released. The phone has been on the market for a while now. Newly build phones would probably come with it.

Just update my old iphone 3g. In Settings >>General>>You'll see new setting for "Home Button". you can choose for (only one)
1.home
2.Search
3.Phone Favorites
4.Camera
5.Ipad
It's work when you Double-click the Home Button.

Cydia just released Ultrasn0w 1.1-1 which improves battery performance in stand-by mode for the iphone. If I update my Ultrasn0w from Cydia, will this effect my jb and unlocked iphone and will I have to re-jail break and unlocke again? Will my contact lists and apps be effected?

Can I restore to 4.0.1 and then just reinstall my apps and redo my settings? I would just need to download the 4.0.1 firmware right?

Yes you can restore to iOS 4.0.1 till Apple keeps signing them after that you will need the SHSH blobs to downgrade.

Apple is still signing 4.0.1 at this very moment, for who knows how long. Back them up while you can.
