To get tethering on any carrier go to
help.benm.at/ from your iPhone
But make sure your have Unlimited Data or sufficient.

We need a fix for ATT MMS after unlocking.
I have check with many people and they have the same problem.
I have reserached for 3 days to find a fix for ATT MMS with Ultrasn0w installed.
After installing Ultrasn0w - ATT MMS will not work - After un-installing Ultrasn0w - it will work perfectly
I have restore the iphone 4 with iOS4.01 over 10 times and with no other apps installed and with the same problem .
Please help and let me know how to fix this problem

i m getting problem after jailbreaking n unlocking my iphone 3gs running ios4 -----my phone gets restard after every 2-3hrs and sometimes the brightness level and ringtone gets to default........please help me out

I have the same problem. After unlocking, MMS is not working with my ATT account (sending seems ok but not receiving). On my T-Mobile account, even sending is not working. Tried resetting network but still the same.

Thank you for the information - I have tried this 3 times - it will not receive or send unless I un-install Ultrasn0w. Once Ultrasn0w is removed - AT&T MMS will sent and receive perfectly. I have done a complete new restore and install nothing except Jailbreakme and it works but once Ultrasn0w is installed MMS will no longer sent or receive - Once Ultrasn0w is removed MMS will work perfect again.
Reset the network will no make any difference - Please help.
This problem is with many iPhone4 only. No problem with iPhone 3GS.

I have an iphone 3gs and had it running 4.0 but at the time there was no real solution to the mms issue. So i upgraded my iphone to 4.0.1 seeing as jalibreakme.com works with that ios as well. Well here is the problem it does not seem to work on mine. Ive tinkered with all the safari settings turning every thing on/off then restarting.Here is the problem that i cant get past, jailbreakme.com starts downloading and just when it gets to the second status bar that jailbreaks the iphone it crashes, every single time. Have been tinkering for about two days now and no progress.
Extremely frustrated and almost to the point of just getting rid of it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had to enter the APN info by hand, seems to be working after that (3GS, 4.0.1).

I just had the same problem, I reset the network settings, and removed the MMS UA Prof URL. Works perfectly.

works good for tmobile 4.01 3gs
1. reset setting
2. Add n install repo
3. instead of wap.voicestream.com use internet2.voicestream.com
4. Reboot
5. Test send pic message to self -
I had this problem for a couple days now. i have an iphone 4 with 4.0.1 os. I was reading this forum, and i clicked modify on ultrasn0w, reinstalled and it works perfectly, i just got mms messages from awhile ago and even voice mail.

MMS will NOT work if you can see "carrier" section in settings.
You have to switch airplane mode on then off.
You will see it dissapear.
If it still doesnt work after. reinstall ultrasnow from manage packages in cydia. you dont have to remove then reinstall just hit reinstall.

none of this works, still don't even have a tab showing on my 3gs 32 g, running ios 4.0.1

The MMS is working, however, I can only send one picture at a time. MMS close down if I were to attach more than one picture. Has anyone experience this or know how to fix it. Thanks

So what can somebody do that accidentally installed this package when they are using ATT and not T-Mobile? Resetting network settings and uninstalling package only gets calls and sms working but no 3G connectivity for internet.
