    It looks like the tester may have stopped the watch once the Windows phone booted up and then guessed at the others. You can clearly tell that the other phones booted up only a few seconds after the Windows phone which was clocked at ~25 secs. So the other phones were approx. 30 - 40 secs. Who da hell cares? My iPhone 4 stays on most of the time right after recharging it goes into sleep mode. You want speed? My wife's Blackberry 9700 boots up instantaneously (~5 secs).
