if you mean neutered the jailbreak yes it was fixed - pity about that but performance seems better on 3GS

HDR makes a lot if difference!! I love it, you get a choice of two snaps..I always thought the originals were over blown and too rich, this is awesome!

I have a new 3GS that has not been jailbroken or unlocked, however i am waiting for the new stuff so i can. is it safe for me to upgrade to 4.1 and jailbreak and unlock? what do i use to do it?

ALSO.. i tried to jailbreak it before but it ended up upgrading me to 4.0.2 so i wasnt able to jailbreak using jailbreakme.com...
