Greenpois0n is a toolkit designed to help discover and exploit new vulnerabilities. It's won't be the name of the jailbreak tool for iOS 4.1. It will most likely be called SHAtter as we've reported.

I would if I were you. There is no reason to stay at 4.02, except maybe an "unlocking" issue? Not sure about that since I'm on AT&T and never pay much attention to unlocking concerns. At least at 4.1 you would have game center and HDR photos.
I may be wrong about this but if I am I'm sure someone will come along and correct me. -

If you are updating ti 4.1 and need to unlock, be sure to look up the steps on how to update your firmware without updating your baseband

Some people is saying to wait until 4.2 comes out but guys you need to understand this. There is a big difference between a userland and bootrom exploit. Userland is easily patch with apple next update but bootrom cannot. If apple really want to block a bootrom exploit apple will need to change your device hardware! So if the new jailbreak comes out and it is a bootexploit, it doesn't really matter whether it is released now or when 4.2 comes out unless you buy a new iphone or ipad with a new internal bootrom altogether!!!

You can easily do an upgrade without touching your baseband. Search for tinyumbrella on google. Good luck.
