How long past it? I've held it past done. It just stays with the connect to iTunes screen. Plus my iTunes screen maximizes and says this device is in restore mode you must restore it in order to connect.

I´m with the same problem with my ipad. I did the jb with my 3gs and by the finish a big green drop appeared and the device turns off. when i do with my ipad it stops with the conect itunes screen and doesn´t tunf off. i tried with win 7 and vista, and nothing. any solution?

Seems to be a problem on MB model ipads. MC model works ok.

Mine ipad is a MB model and i couldn´t make the jb with limera1n. It´s probably is the point. anybody else???

I have an iPhone 4 with 4.1 and jailbreak works fine. Yet my iPad with 3.2.2 never shows the l1merain icon. So it would leave me to believe there is something else going on with the exploit. I followed same procedure for both on same computer. One works and one doesn't. So what gives. I'm running vet 10.x of itunes

Saw a comment on another forum regarding windows 7, it said you must run as the administrator, hope it helps

Have iPad MB model 3.2.2 windows 7, ran as adminstrator, no go. Very frustrated

NOT Working!!!!!!!!!! TRIED EVERYTHING I COULD... changed 3 PC... install new itunes on each... tried to not let itunes sync automatically, let it sync auto too.... let itunes run, let itunes not run... do a restore... 3.2.2... hold the home button till i see the usb cable and itune.... try letting go home button once i see dfu mode...tried turning off my 3G leaving wifi on... tried turning 3G and wifi off and also on.... tried a total clean restore.. (now my ipad is as good as coming out of the box... ) changed 3 usb cable... changed different USB slots...STATUS... no LIME RAIN DROP but it is always jailbreak done... donation not necessary.... itunes still keeps on popping out the ipad is in recovery... need to restore...

Same problem here... different machines, all with updated versions of all software (dotnet, iTunes) and no go for MB model iPad (wifi only)
It looks like we are waiting for the next RC or final version. (F*CK!!!) -

I have an Ipad that i purchased with 3.2.2 installed.
It is a MB Modle also. It took only one attempt and less than one minute to completely jailbreak! Yes i was using Windows 7 also. I was so tired of hearing=Just wait until the new iOS comes out then you can have a jailbreak. Thankyou GeoHot... -
I think the iPads with 3.2.2 preloaded works with the jailbreak while the ones with 3.2 or 3.2.1 originally do not work

I actually bought an iPad TODAY, came preloaded with 3.2.2 and it didn't work.
Tried with Latest iTunes on Windows 7 64-Bit, Windows Vista 32-Bit.
Tried Betas 1, 3, 4 (couldn't find 2).
Model MB294LL
64GB Wifi Only -
It worked for my Ipad 3.2.2 Model MB293LL, Win 7 64 Bit.

Same here. Looks like MC model are not available to jailbreak unless downgrading the firmware and use jailbreakme.com to jailbreak it..

hello i to struggled to get this jailbreak to work, i found if you run the jailbreak while itunes is open and when the jailbreak is complete simply disconnect your iphone from your pc, restart your iphone then install cydia via lime everything should run smoothly hope this is helpful to any1.
