iH8sn0w has released Sn0wbreeze 2.3b1 for Windows, which allows users who want to jailbreak and also unlock their iPhone to update their iPhone with a pre-jailbroken iOS 4.3 firmware while preserving the baseband from getting upgraded so that it can be unlocked using Ultrasn0w.
Sn0wbreeze is considered as the unofficial PwnageTool for Windows. iPhone Dev Team is yet to release PwnageTool to jailbreak iOS 4.3 for Mac users.

Hi!! This is My First Post... Well, Been waiting for the iOS 4.3 Jailbreak... Its Out already in Beta, Feels good. Guess the Final Version isn't far Off. I guess a Final Jailbreak for 4.3 may take time due to Mobile Substrate, also the Unlock would require real efforts from the Community..All the Best With that!!

Mmmmmm does NOT work on my iphone 4- sticks at apple screen- been there for about 20 mins- if you switch off and re-boot it goes into a loop between apple screen and plug it in to itunes- so- sorry guys and girls back to the drawing board!! But thanks for chance to test it-anymore you want tested?

Learned of the release from a tweet by egohot_dev at 5:48am pst. I downloaded and installed with no problem. Been using jb 4.3 all day with no issues. Sn0wbreeze beta also provides iBooty that is required for tethered boot. I ran it on Windows7 64bit machine. Instructions here http://t.co/QHuAMY8

im having a problem with the restoring the phone from your back up it recognizes but there always a prob starting the restore session. and it wont sync apps cause it thinks the customer ipsw is too old. anyone else having issues?

Def WILL NOT WORK-have downloaded 4.3 from 3 different sources now just to see if any of them are missing files etc- NO JOY- only good news is that Itunes has restored it every time-will give the phone a rest for a bit now!!! UPDATE?? hAS ANYONE ACTUALLY managed to jailbreak there Iphone on 4.3????

I used the sn0wbreeze beta and restored to a jailbroken 4.3 ipsw on my iPhone 4, and it's working fine for me. Suprisingly, a few mobile substrate apps seem to be working too... mainly SBSettings.
