I back up BOTH my iDevices BUT, since my iPhone is running 4.2 and is J/B it doesn't do me any favors as far as my iPad is concerned it's always backed-up and i like the new purchased feature that is installed in the Latest Version of iTunes. That's a HUGE HUGE upgrade.
