Your phone HAS to b jailbroken to access iFile. iPhone 4S CAN'T b jailbroken YET, b patient, the jailbreak will b here shortly. Yes u can use 3rd party apps like 3G unrestricted or My3G, but this tweak eliminates the need for that 3rd party app, which means more free space on ur phone. All this tweak does is enable a feature that's already installed, just like the panarama view in the camera. It's a great tweak & works great too. Remember to respring after changing in p.list
