    You guys missed the point it's not abt copying the basic elements of a car. I mean you don't see BMW manufacturing a car that resembles or basically looks exactly like a Ferrari, same case with apple most samsung products just bluntly look like apple products.

    this isnt a lawsuit....its apples lawyers giving samsung a list of posible changes they can make to their product so they wont have to sue them.

    And, the result is (based on the recommendation)... A fu***** ugly **** that nobody want to buy, lol. Apple eventually wants to stay up in the business so this advice suits their marketing strategy very well. Next is a new ad saying: Have you seen other tablets? iPad is a win haha
