I'm a photographer and I deal with ungrateful people all the time, it's days I want to say f*ck u but i'm getting paid for it so I can't. I respect him for what he does and u should do the same cause it's free.

school is free as well, but do you know how many people complain about education???Also, I dont care if it takes him 100 years to put out a damn jailbreak. What I dont agree with is the fact that hes been telling us for atleast a week that its basically done and keeps showing us these videos and pictures as to tease us without actually putting it out. Why tease folks about it? Why not just put the **** out or give an update when theres actually updated information? He’s doing this for money and fame no other reason. Free? it might be free to some but plenty of people are paying MUCH MUCH MUCH more than this guy is worth. hes only trying to cash in on his 15 minutes of fame. I doubt that he will put this jailbreak out as long as people continue to pay him(donate) hes using the jailbreak as leverage. he knows as long as he hasnt put it out yet he will continue to get those payments. I assure you it has nothing to do with anything BUT the money

It is not free because there is NOTHING to show for, you all just dont get it. IT IS NOT COMING, NOT BY THIS USER IT HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE IN 2010!!!! Just like PT said he will wait until Apple release an update and say it has been patched or it has been leaked out and somehow Apple secretly patched it without you knowing it (remeber the whole fiasco with p0sixninja and musclenerd???), and he will continue on his empty crusaded.

As a French person native from Québec ,I can understand the type of person Pod2G is. Let me tell you something straightforward ,there is no ios 5.01 untethered and probably will never be. All this smell like a big scam to make the maximum profit on impatient iPhone users.What many don't know,is that Apple,with it's massive cash mountain , is buying the soul of many talented jailbreaks . With cash, you can make a hacker think twice. With that bad economy in Europe and in the states ,no one will say no to Apple.So many tech bloggers are being paid at this momenr,just to make you wait and then deceive you before telling you that Apple got smarter and fix bug with a new update .In the end,the entire jailbreaking idea will make non Sens. Everybody will give up and accept Apple point of view for the iOS.Jailbreaking is over,it's game over. iOS 5.1 will be far worst . My next phone will be a Samsun or google phone,less restriction . Anybody in their right mind would do the same

I knew from the start People would be deceived by pod2g. First of all Pod2g is not a name,it's a character .I don't even think he is traceable . He clamed to me French . French and Russian are two nations knowbed to despite Americans. They think you guys are all rich but gullible ,naive . They think they are much smarter than you guys . This is why many scammers from Europe try their best to ripping Americans . In France ,they call them "arnaqueur"Now this guy pod2g is very happy by now .French economy is crumbling and we just sent half a millions dollar in donation plus iPhone 4s to testing his jailbreak .After chrismas he will say thanks but he has sad news. Apple found the bug, 2 sec before he upload the jailbreak . But he will try hard for next time . Merry chrismas to all ,my friends :)

I think someone should organize a donation for a lawyer to sue this guy instead of letting him laugh .But I know it's an impossible case. But people should not take advantage of other people hopes. Jailbreaking your own iPhone is legal. Why should we have to pay to take control of something we already paid $700 .
