I did the roll back to version 5.0.1 from 5.1 so that i could jailbreak and now i cant upgrade to 5.1.1? What gives. Has anyone else experienced this? I cant do a restore or an upgrade

Never mind. I needed to clear the host file on my pc. Update to 5.1.1 is successful.

I've been waiting ages!!!!i have 2 phones.. 1 4g running OS4.1 Jailbroken & a new one 4s running 5.1.1 (not Jailbroken)Need to cut over and use only the 4s but need it jailbroken first. I upgraded the 4g last night to 5.1.1 because i suspect the day that podg2 releases the jb for 5.1.1, apple will screw everyone not already upgraded by releasing OS6.So now i have 2 un broken iphones running OS5.1.1, and am patiently waitingPlease release it soon.

Hy plz reply me i had purchased brnd new iphone 4s on ios 5.0.1 when i came bck to hme i accedantly updte it on ios 5.1 on tht day without jailbreak it & nw i wnt to jailbreak it on 5.1.1 i knw tht abstine 2.0 works only on ios 5.1.1 so i hv to upgrade my iphne to 5.1.1 can i jalbreak my iphne with abstine 2.0 & can i updte my basebnd there is no need to wait for releasing redsnow bcz u mnsn tht of ultrasnw unlck as i also said tht i purchsd my iphne brnd new factry unlckd? plz plz reply me i m waiting

PkgBackup works a little better than AptBackup as it preserves your settings as well as redownloading your Cydia apps, it does scheduled backups too.
