    Same thing happened to me. I even went to Apple Store and they couldn't, wouldn't do anything for me. Had me go to AT&T. They're just as bad.I found Snowbreeze and jailbroken my 3GS to 5.1.1 with one big problem. No phone service. Did you have this problem?
