No, this is only meant for iPhone 3GS users, besides the iPad baseband solution wasn't meant only for iPhone 3GS so we're not sure what you're referring to.

what if i have the new bootroom 3GS and already on 06.15.00 BB n 5.1.1 firmware, also my serial no suggests its after week 34 .,.,.,., can i still use redsn0w to downgrade the BB to 5.13.04 or do i have chances of bricking the phone
pls advice as i wanna get the GPS fixed on my 3GS...... thanks !!!! -
The iPad baseband is not compatible with iPhone 3GS units manufactured week 34 of 2011 or later. It could brick your iPhone's radio. So if your iPhone 3GS is working fine then you try downgrading the baseband when Redsn0w update is out.

Iam on Ios 4.3.3 with baseband 06.15.00,I tried downgrading it to 05.14.04,using Redsnow 0.9.14b1,it gets stuck at don't interrupt,and then after the iphone reboots,resulting into searching for network at all times,Thanks Musclenerd,for letting us know and making us aware that you were able to discover what the issue was,I salute you for your service...!!!!

My 3GS is still stuck in the Apple logo restarting loop after applying the downgrade. I just figured out how to restore it. I hope the new update won't break my phone again.
