Chronic Dev Team To Release Greenpois0n For iOS 4.2.1 Untethered Jailbreak Soon; Doesn’t Need SHSH Blobs
Chronic Dev Team are planning to release an updated version of greenpois0n to jailbreak iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch on iOS 4.2.1.
The jailbreak will be untethered and doesn’t need iOS 4.2 beta 3 SHSH blobs to be saved like iPhone Dev Team’s Redsn0w 0.9.7, which is currently available for beta testing.
Chronic Dev Team are popular for releasing Greenpois0n to jailbreak iPhone and iPod Touch on iOS 4.1 and iOS 3.2.2 for iPad.

you need to understand that a tethered jailbreak isn't bad at all. i've done it since 4.2.1 was available and have only had to reboot twice since the first day...
