You know what's funny? Everyone is super excited about this JB and how it doesn't need 4.2b3 SHSHs, but they never said it doesn't need SHSHs period X(...So it might need 4.1 SHSHs, which means all us folks who bought iDevices that were already on 4.2.1 would still be screwed...

Not to sound bad but it's a beta version...No Bluetooth and still bugs aroundI wouldn't but your right tethered isn't itself bad but beta versions aren't exactly good themselves for general use as we sell a lot of bluetooth keyboards... Which wouldn't work...

@Ahhhh: u r right? i watched the video carefully too and it clearly doesnt have either a sim card installed or wifi running then how can cydia load without any net access? i hope this video isnt a fake

@Sean: look closely at the cydia blobs available. it only shows blobs for 4.2.1 which is the latest ios around.if greenpois0n required shsh blob of 4.1 to an untethered jb, then it wud have shown up in green at the top of the cydia homepage.just my 2 cents ;)

Gents,What Apple did is very successful plan, they used all world hackers to work on their behalf unlocking I phone 2, 3 and first release of I phone 4. Now they find out hackers secret and they implement well control counter attack. THEY WILL BE NO UNLOCK UNLESS APPLE DECIDE SO!!!!!!!!Regards

Well I disagree with that statement. I had a tethered jailbreak on a 3gs back on 3.1.3 i think. I had to seek out a computer a dozen times to power on my iphone since I wasnt at home %90 of the time. It really ruins the experience for me, I shouldn't have a fear of using my phone like that. I guess you're arguing that the iphone 4 has better battery life well I have an ip4 now but im still skeptical to go back to tethered, which is why im still on 4.1 jb with limera1n. I dunno, I see your point, i just think it's still sketchy due to what I went through, might not be so bad for some but it's really not a full solution imho

yeah dude no fucking ****. I agree with that %100. iphonehacks has been posting rumors for years on jailbreak updates and it's just to pull viewers to the site. Not to mention these rumors are almost ALWAYS INACCURATE. Remember the first greenp0ison? Man, there must have been like 20 bullshit posts claiming an upcoming jailbreak/unlock.

You get a life, those "rumors" are what the makers of this "tool" tweeted on twitter........ They announced it. Iphonehacks just posted it for those who do not use/have twitter. The video is what they published. Next time do some research before you call it a "rumor".

According to the makers. It's something they still have to fix. The iphone is indeed connected to WIFI, the icon just doesn't show up.
