Greenpois0n RC5 For Windows: Untethered Jailbreak For iOS 4.2.1 Released [Updated]
Chronic Dev Team has released greenpois0n for Windows to jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 4G, iPod Touch 3G and iPad.
The jailbreak is untethered and doesn’t need iOS 4.2 beta 3 SHSH blobs to be saved like iPhone Dev Team’s Redsn0w 0.9.7, which is currently available for beta testing. Chronic Dev Team had released greenpois0n for Mac users yesterday.

Needed to run twice on all my devices (2 3GS, 1 iPad and 1 3G), all from DFU mode.First time stoped... and then I powered off my devices and enter DFU (again) and re-run greenpois0n again.That is it. If jailbreak hang, you must start again from beggining.Thanx CHRONIC DEV, I have faith in You all.PSDespretly needed unlock :)

It worked great, and i ran it over my old tethered jailbreak and it added the untetheredness.

works great over redsn0w and there was no cydia loader the old cydia icon was still there and worked, did this on iphone 4

have installed it and it worked 1st try! Apple Iphone 3gs new bootroom at Windows 7 x64 and XP-Compabillity Mode. LOVE IT

No need to restore my 3GS. Just applied JB and everything work well. No Loader icon but I don't need it. I had Cydia on allready jailbreaked device with RedSn0w and it continue working well....Thanx CHRONIC DEV again....

I love the apple rotating to skull icon during jailbreak. Wating to reboot, cydia installed flawlessly,loader removed no problem, so far so good. thank you dev team.

isn't it weird how everyone on windows jailbreak turned out ok and mac didn't :P chronic dev team need to sort out their priorities :). I had to run greenpois0n 4 times but still no luck so i downloaded the mirror link and that worked fist time, cydia was not in the loader app and i read somewhere if you keep opening it and then reopening it it would work ... it didn't so anyway i used redsn0w and now i am very happy :D :D :D
