if your cydia is white, your supposed to reboot and it should be fine after that......i read that somewhere else. I'm about to jailbreak mine but im kinda scared to mess it up....its my baby!

After I jailbroken my ipod touch. I tried to change the slider bar theme and lock screen theme but it did not work. Is it about the jailbreak problem or something?? Please help :(

you can never download the firmware in a zip format from the links given in the original post, they will be downloaded in .ipsw format

When I try and do steps 5 & 6, it comes up on iTunes saying "The iPod could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible. My iPod currently has the software version 4.2.1.Anyone help?
