Hi, I "CLEAR ALL CONTENTS AND SETTINGS" on my Ipod TOuch 4gen, and now it shows the "Connect to iTunes" screen. I've tried holding home button and on/off buttons... and stuff, still stuck at the "Connect to iTunes" screen - Recovery Mode (I guess that's what it's called). What should I do to get back to normal so I can follow the steps and jailbreak it?? PLeaseee, I'm desperate!!!!

Most likely what happened is you didn't restart springboard.Here's an easy tutorial, if you don't know how.This is an old comment, though, so I doubt this is any help :p

hi.when my ipod was going on dfu mode my computer warned and i clicked on stop installation so now when i connect it to any computer when i releas home botton in step 13 (c) it says no divice detected.please help me.what can i do?

Hi I previously had my itouch 3g jailbreaked with blackra1n on 3.1.2. I have now updated and rejailbreak it following these instructions but the battery life doesn't seem to last as long as before and also it restart into safe mode quite often mainly when i double hit the home button. Is there a way to complete wipe everything and start from scratch? as I notice that after the upgrade all my apps still ran as normal like it didn't reset and files where still there. Could this be why the battery life is dropping so quickly?

My iPod imploded and Cydia burnt my face. Now I'm blind and can't see anything anymore. I can only see through girls clothes and I'm always having a boner. My **** hurts at all time.

find cydia icon. if cydia is there then you have succesfully jailbreaked. dont forget to install hackulo http://www.webisee.com/2008/10/15/3-best-ways-complete-guide-to-install-cracked-apps-games-on-iphone-21/ (guide to install cracked games or apps)

i jailbroke my ipod touch 4g and everything went okay until it was done and i was waiting on a reboot, all the screen shows is connect to itunes..

Limera1n is for ipod touch 4g users so all you need to do is plug it in to itunes and go on devises and click restore to start your ipod again

Just hold your ipod home and sleep buttonTil it turns on if not in 10minutes then go to The apple store dont be suprised if they dontWant to fix it for you as it is illegal and they Will be a bit annoyed

Hello I am having the same problem as shortyray after progrqam finishes my ipod is left in recovery mode, I turn on itunes and it tells me that "iTunes has betected an iPod in recovery mode. You ust restore this iPod becore it can be used with iTunes." What happend?? if I leave it pluged in like that and the ipod will reboot but will reboot back into recovery mode. am I missing a step somewhere? I have been over and over the instructions and they don't speak of this happening please help me .... if I continue with the recovery itunes wants it puts it back to "factory settings" I don't want that. thanks.
