Why us everyone bitching?? If u don't like it don't buy it, simple..I've had three androids and they all suck and after a while get stale, who cares about a bigger screen, its speed and battery that really matters on a phone..so stop whining and get a tablet if u want a bigger screen

Well i'm gunna be on the underdog team with this one. Claps to apple. More space, faster downloads, faster processor. BRAND new features & no price increase. At least i had realistic goals. Some of you need to sign up for apple haters anonymous. I'll let you know when Apple releases a Delorian app that takes you back to smart beep ages.

Just a quick clarification... I see a few posts where reference is made to the next iPhone still being "iPhone 5." Technically the 4S is the 5th gen. So, the next release will be the iPhone 6. Just thought I'd touch on that. Also, I will not be purchasing the 4S.... but rather sticking w/ my quite capable 4. :-)

I'm just very disappointing that they didn't do anything about the fragile outside case. It is the only iPhone I have ever broken and it was broken twice both with falls about 2 feet from the ground... That would of been a MAJOR selling point for me (besides Siri)

Its $659 for 16GB, $759 for 32GB and $859 for 32 GB. All this is without tax.

I could could care less about 64 gig and siri i bought the lg thrill 3d to try out and return once the new iphone was out. Have not turned my ophone 4 sence. I can put sd cards in it and the voice control stuff i barley use cause i fell akward using it unless i am by myself. The camera is not a big deal to me cause my thrill has 1080p and shoots 3d in 720 and i still barely use it. I just think its a joke that it cost hundreds to get a couple more gigs its the same tecnolgy in a sd flash card and u can get a 32gig for like 20-30 dollars. I am not gonna buy a phone that is a little faster then the brick i got at home collecting dust. If it would have came with a new bigger screen that is a true led then I would maybe think about it. I used to be a huge iPhone fan boy and owned every one until now.. but after using android and being able to customize it how I want with Widgets and themes with out having to jailbreak and making my phone slow as he'll and crashing over and over. Or to use apps that I want to but apple won't let me. Apple is supposed be the innovator that everybody copys off of like front facing camera or ratina display but this phone is just a rehash that has the same features as every other smart phone.

You will notice the speed difference in 4s its gonna be substantial like atleast twice as fast. Hell ill even go out on a limb and say that 3gs felt faster than iphone 4. And for those of you who think this iphone 4s wont sell well youre sadly mistaken unfortunately the iphone fas become a fad (trend) Unlike those who believed in it back in the summer of '07.

Honestly, I really want to see some side by side benchmarks of the 4 & 4S both running iOS5, same storage capapcaty (won't be able to do this w/ the 64gb of course) and w/ the same apps installed. Then show them navigating through the apps and into some web browsing... texting and emailing... then into some games that'll really work the phones out. Just to see if the 4S really stacks up to be that much faster. Of course there's numerous other testing possibilities... I've just named a couple.

Waited so long for this then i thought i better get a cheaper iphone 4 now i think i'll just keep my 3GS a bit more as i am sure within 6 month or so apple will release iphone 5. Good way of making the most possible $$$$

I may change my mind and consider buying iPhone 4S only if I know two things: 1- RAM is 1Gb, 2- The device is jailbreakable. Right now I have to wait one week or more to have answers to these questions.

So, we might have iPhone 6 instead of iPhone 5 next summer. Interesting! ... This could be true, especially that iOS 6 may come out with it too! Makes perfect sense!

I'll be picking one up, though not right away. I'm cool with the spec upgrade, I kind of like having my contract runout when the S version comes out. Let Apple come out with a new design and let all the gotta-have-its get the first iteration and deal with all the messed up bugs, and I get the revised version with better specs and all the major bugs worked out. Works for me...
