Couple of days back pod2G had revealed that with some luck he may be able to release an untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users who have been eagerly waiting for it.
He has just published another post where he has provided more details about the untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 in the form of an FAQ.
How could pod2g have an untethered 4S and dev teams still haven't released tools to achieve this at home ?

People complain when we don't get updates about progress on jailbreaks, they complain when they feel it's taking to long to be released. Why can't people just sit back wait and follow instructions. I always appriciate the hard work these guys do and then release it for free. When the jailbreak is ready it's ready until then find something else to occupy your time. Are you giving a better version of Jailbreak for the Iphone 4? I tried 1/2 and 3 and had to ultimately revert phone to an un-jailbroken state due to reliability issues once Cydia products were installed!

I read about the possibility of a jailbreak as early as nextweek, yesterday. Not wanting to take a chance that apple would release a new update before then, I updated my ipad 2 this morning, losing my previous jailbroken device forever. I would like to say thanks to everyone who put all their time into finding ways to help us jailbreak our devices. To be hounest, if it comes out nextweek then fantastic but I'm just as happy to wait howeverlong it takes.You people who b*tch, make me sick !!!John

2 days ago he says "A5 jailbreak possible next week" ::receives donations:: ...."A5 jailbreak is not able to be released publicly" thanks asshole for telling me to upgrade my ipad2 and lost my 4.3.3 jb. my 4S is still useless

I have just started as an app dev and it's not easy writing app code. dont moan at the guy it's not an easy or quick thing to do creating a jb. If you want to help download crash reporter to help find an exploit that will help him jb!!!

Actually, that does seam like a reasonable solution. If you want a jailbroken device, cough up $99 bucks. If you can't afford that, you shouldn't have an iPhone anyway. I'm in!

Why $99? I paid $15 for my developer account. I have been resigning crack apps to work on my iPhone 4s for months now. If pog2g already has an untether jailbreak and all you need is a developer account then he can release his untether jailbreak and everyone who wants to use it just has to go and buy a developer account for $15 like I did.

who told you that dude? every post I read said "with luck" there will be a release as early as next week. If someone who isn't pod2g told you that, and you took them for their word without reading his post directly, then yeah.. you could say they lied, but whoever "they" is in your case is an idiot :)

2 days ago he says "with luck" a5 jailbreak is possible "as early as next week". if you want to interpret that all wrong go ahead, but calling him names cause you can't read isn't fair.

Have u guys ever thought the guys that talk **** and rush our hard workers that find exploits and jailbreak tools for us (like meaning the guys that hate on pod2g) are people that work for apple?
