pod2g Confirms iOS 5.1.1 Untethered Jailbreak Works on iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad 1; May Release it at Hack In The Box Conference
pod2g who had until now confirmed that his untethered jailbreak works on iPhone 4 and iPad 3 running iOS 5.1.1, has confirmed that his untethered jailbreak also works on iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 1.
pod2g expected his jailbreak to work with most iOS 5.1.1 compatible devices as it had worked on iPhone 4 and the new iPad.
But there were some concerns after he revealed that his untethered jailbreak did not work with iPod touch 3G and hence also won't work with iPhone 3GS.

so from 21 to 25, he will release the jailbreak with all devices but iPhone 3GS??? please release it with the untethered jailbreak of 3GS too :) hope u discover and release it all together..........

There's not much in 5.1.1 beyond what you can obtain from cydia. So don't update your 3gs.

He stated that 5.1.1 Seems to fix the battery Issue for the 4S on twitter i'll be updating for sure now.
