Hey guys i have a new 3gs 3.1.2 but every time i turn off my iphone and restart it, it shows that "connect to itunes" dialog.Is there is any fix for this??

I Have te same error. Every Time I must connet the Iphone to Itunes. Thats the program i doesn't like.

jailbreak works fine the problem is every time i boot up phone i have to used file again if not iphone doesnt boot

okso everything worked fine but its been stuck at the screen where it says done waiting for reboot screen for 15 mins does that take a while to reboot?
should i just leave my phone hooked up to the comp?

Firstly you need to download cydia, which you do by clicking on the blackra1n app, once you have cydia open it and download all necassary upgrades, then click on sources, then new, and then you need to search for something I have forgotten

If I untether my phone before I jailbreak it will it then not need to be plugged into computer after every reboot?

Noah I dont know if this is true or not but I had a friend with a 2g Iphone jailbroken and unlocked, and I updated her Iphone to 3.1.2 and rejailbroke it, and it still was unlocked...

Try Reset Network Settings (under General > Reset), this fixed the problem for me.

I have an iPhone 3G. Followed the instructions above, but I get a screen on my phone that says: Post Install Log for sn0w. And I've had that screen for about 30 minutes now. Is this normal? And if it continues... What is my next step?

my jailbroken 3gs works fine accept it goes into recovery mode everytime my batt completely dies or if i turn it off...i need to use itunes everytime to get it working again...this is a real hassle...is there something i din do right or is this normal?

It got JB but after Jail Break my iPhone whenever i restart my iPhone always its asking me to connect with iTunes and never initialized until i restore my phone. Can some one help me how to unlock my iPhone.
