If you are at 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 firmware then be happy with it. Upgrade your 3G to iOS4 does not worth it. -

When I did the jailbreak the error 1600 appeared again as with the previous release of sn0wbreeze: 2.0.1!!! -

Okay, I have a 3G 16Gb and went through the process with iReb. It seems to have worked with no errors, but I can't be sure. iTunes restored the phone afterwards, but how can I be sure it worked?

I'm having really fast battery drain issues on 3GS. Like 1 percent a minute. Not sure what really caused it. Just started all of a sudden. I have tried cutting everything off like notifications, deactivating mail accounts, resetting you name it. Nothing seems to work. I'm on 3.1.2(7D11) jailbroken with blacra1n. I even went to blackra1n again to re jailbreak to see if it would fix it. NOT! I guess I need to restore to calibrate the battery problem but then I won't be jailbroken anymore. I hear 4.1 is really slow. Any suggestions?

I've done jailbreaking my 3G iphone on os 4.1 with snowbreeze 2.0.2. But after unlock with ultrasnow, the network bar is searching and could not connect to cellular network. Any suggestion what's wrong ?

If you run backgrounder app I recommend uninstall it. The latest version somehow drain my battery too.

Yes, you can. Put your phone in DFU mode not Recover mode and restore to 3.1.2 the run blackra1n and done.
