Some assistance plz.. From power mode off, i run GP and follow the instructions but, I can not get it into DFU mode. I have tried several times. What am I doing wrong or need to do..Thanks!

Whats the difference between updating & upgrading? "first update your iPhone with iOS 4.1 or iOS 4.2.1 to use greenpois0n. Please do NOT upgrade to iOS 4.1 or iOS 4.2.1?I'm running 4.1, JB'd- can I just run GP, or should I use iTunes to up-whatever it does?Thanks!

DFU starts on iphone 3g , but nothing else , jailbreak doest it starts , i tried hundred times but nothing, please suggestions

thanks Chronic Dev Team !worked well for me on the 2nd attempt. 1st one failed up entering DFU. On the 2nd attempt, on step 8 I held "home" button as long as it was written in bold, but then released it. The screen of my iphone went from black to white and then the jailbreak process began as you describe it.So I would suggest for step 9 not to hold the "home" button. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?loader app worked well. No problem at all installing Cydia. I did it in the morning time GMT+1, maybe that can explain it...i got iphone4, with a fresh upgrade from 4.1 (previously jailbroken with pwnage) to 4.2.1 (baseband 03.10.01 wasn't altered by upgrade) made on a Macbook on 10.6.6.It works perfectly fine.Great work, thanks again for it being untethered...

I've a 3GS with bath band 05.13.04 currently running iOS 4.0.1. Can I update to 4.2.1, jailbreak with greenpoison and than unlock with ultrasnow? coz don't want to lose my unlock...

Does this work on 4.2.6 on iphone 4? Is there a jailbreak for 4.2.6 yet? Is jailbreaking the new verizon iphone the same as the standard att?

Ok so i got Cydia but when i try to go on it it just goes black and white writing appears. Then it takes me out to the lock screen and IT DOES IT EVERY TIME. To reboot the iphone you hold down the power off button and home button untill the screen goes blank and then u release the power off button untill u see the apple symbol right?can u plz tell me wats wrong!!!

ok so it said intialising flysief or something like tht and in paranthesis said cydia will exit wen done but when i try to get backon it does it again! help me plz

I have a brand new Iphone that I just opened. I Jailbroke it and did not restore my previous backup. However the camera app will open but the shutters remain closed. Also the flash which is used in some flashlight apps doesn't work either.Tried reseting general settings to no effect.Anyone have any potential solutions?

hello everybody,i am really need ur help..i already install "greenpois0n RC6".. but when i try to jailbreak my ipod touch, it won't work.. i hv try many times & follow their step by step, never miss out any sec.. but it still keep mention me "restart n retry again".. may i know who can help me up on this?seriously, i'm getting bored on this.. for the lover "i's" outside there, i need ur help & guide..many thanks fella..
