When i try to run absinthe as administrator (right click-> run as administrator) I still get the error: "you must run this app as an administrator".I've already tried running it in compatibility mode (windows xp service pack 2) and putting my pc in safe mode and then trying. Won't work...Any help please...gr.

I'm getting the same error too. I'm already an admin on my PC, but it insists on asking me to run the app as an administrator. I right click and select Run as administrator...properties are set to Win XP SP 3, run as admin etc. Still no dice! Very annoying! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this:1 - Download CLi Corona.2 - After downloading, extract the contents of cinject folder , I recommend extract to desktop.3 - After you extract will appear 4 files, copy and paste the four items into My Computer / Local Disk C:4 - Connect your iDevice into the USB port.5 - Go to Start> Accessories> Command Prompt> Run as administrator6 - Enter the following command -> cd c: /7 - Enter the following command ->-i payloads cinject / jailbreak.mobileconfig8 - After entering the command (7) you will see in the screen of your iDevice to install an application profile "jailbreak", click Install.9 - After this, run the following command -> j-cinject.exe payloads10 - Run the following command -> w-cinject11 - After this, go into Settings> Network> VPN> Activate12 - If it appears to enter a password leave it blank, if it does not work, try password = cG9kMmc12 - You will see an error message, do not worry, it's normal13 - After a few seconds your iDevice will reboot.14 - After you have restarted you will see some error messages in the command prompt, more or less like this:Jan 21 08:44:46 iPhone cleanup [208]: Removing WebClipJb iPhone Jan 21 08:44:46 [195]: 21/01/2012 08:44:46.473 cleanup [208:707] Removing WebClipIPhone jailbreak Jan 21 08:44:46 [195]: Installing FileMover ...15 - Then you will see the Cydia icon on the screen.DONE!!!Hope it help guys....

I've been stuck at beginning jailbreak for a long time. I have also seen many other people having the same problem. I've tried erasing all content on phone setting up as new phone already. If anyone could help me, and help these numberless people that have the same problem, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much!!!

I jail break the phone but once u put anther SIM card it take u to activation process and it will not open ... there is any thing we can doooo plz help

When I click the absinthe icon on my iphone, it says absinthe is now setting things up, please stand by... and then nothing happens. What do I have to do?

thanks for the instructions!took approx 20 minutesgot a bit nervous when the progress bar stopped at 10%, but then jumped to 50% after 5 minutes, then 70% then 90%

Was on the road all weekend. Saw the great news this morning. Grabbed an unlocked phone from local Apple store. JB was super easy. Nice job.

This is by far the fastest and easy to use JB yet. Did my 4S in under 5min. WOOOW. WIth no issues after the JB.

Jailbreak successful but there are seems to be a problem with the icon. Settings and Calculator icon turns white, tried turning off and on the phone but doesnt seem to help. Any comments/recommendations?
