I am trying with the 4S iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) on Win 7 and Absinthe stalls on "Waiting for the process to complete" then I get the message "Hmm something seems to have gone wrong, trying to recover"Anyone got any advice or been able to overcome this problem? Thanks.
-
I get the same errors too. For both on mac and PC. I got a ipad 2 3g.. I guess I will try it on my ipad 2 wifi once I got it updated to 5.1.1
-
Not working for me, same error as most above, goes to "Something has gone wrong.." from waiting on "Waiting on process to complete". Using OSX Lion 10.7.3, attempting on an iPad 3 WiFi 64gb
-
Same issue here.Long waiting. Followed by:“Hmm….something seems to be wrong, trying to recover.” and "Recovery complete, if you want to retry jailbreaking unplug your device and plug it back again."iPad 3 WiFi / Mac OS X 10.7.4
-
Saw this on Twitter: Solution for "waiting for process to complete" #Absinthe Full install 5.1.1 via iTunes, works for me
-
try this...i think the instructions are wrong...You must change the instructions on the site, after backup you must RESTORE, not erase all settings!!! This resolves the issue!!!
-
not working on my ipad 2 wifi, says not supported. maybe I have a R2..how do I tell?
-
If JB fails try factory reset your iDevice and then re-JB
-
i got ipad2 wifi, using windows 7. have tried at least 10 times now, getting quite frustrated!
-
Same here it looks like everything happened but I don't see cydia anywhere
