im wondering if annoyne of you can help me.
my iphone 3g "fell of a truck" and i got it all locked and so to a swedish network... long story short i jailbroke it and got a turbo sim card or what its called but i still cant send sms or call from it.. the network thingy only shows 4 dotts.... annyone know what this is about? -

i have tried to install iPhone1,2_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw, 3 times now but ever time it comes up with an error and dosent restore my iphone. Can any one help me?

I followed the steps but at step 2:
Hold the SHIFT key and click the “Restore” button. iTunes will launch a file dialog for you to select the firmware file. Locate the iPhone1,2_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw file for firmware 2.2 that you have downloaded in step 5 of the preparatory steps and click “Open”.I openned it then it was restoring and about at 75% of the restore it says error ??? tried the process again same thing my firmware is 2.2, i have everything ya'll asked so am wondering what could it be? Can anyone help?

mine didnt work and now my itunes wont recognize my phone so that i can reset it and try it again. mine went as far as the harddrive picture but never reached the pineapple dude picture. now its just stuck on the Apple screen (now showing as a pineapple)

I have 2.21 5H11 w/ modem 02.30.03 WhenI go to jailbreak I cant choose an ipsw that will let me continue. I have 4 of them? what do I do. my phone is a US ATT 3g -

It works perfectly with the instructions. I am kinda scare when it keep rebooting and stuck at the screen. ( I am kinda worried)Then i left it run for like 30 min and its jail-broken now. Thanks.

hey friends im ritesh from india unfortunately upgraded my iphone 3g to 2.2.1v and the baseband ver is 2.30.03 now im unable to use this iphone if any buddy have solution for this then help me or give me some solutiion for downgrading my baseband firmware

Lost my network (O2 UK) and for some reason my iPhone doesnt think it's in the UK so the weather is wrong and so is the date and time. Also can't get any cellular internet or any activity. I now have a usless phone more so that before I jailbroke it. ANY HELP PLEASE?

Seems like you do. Tried with a Rogers sim card (phone is on Fido) and iTunes wouldn't recognize it. So went and bought a Fido Sim Card and I am now in the middle of the jailbreak.

hi really new to this can you tell me how to find out what version my iphone 3g is?? my godfather jailbroke it already but when i went onto my itunes at home i told me to update to a new version(cant remember which one)i did it and cydia was gone.i really dont want to break my phone becaus its brand new and this all seems sketchy.. thanks

I NEED HELP!! I try to put the restore in my iphone & now my iphone only shows the itunes icon. Im trying to restore it so I can just get back to my main screen but everytime I restore it, it says "Its requested time out" CAN U PLS HELP ME!!!!

my iphone was jailbroken and being used with tmobil, it got plugged to the cpu and itunes updated the phone. Now the sim is not valid, not only that but a friend was trying to jailbreak the phone at home and now the iphone shows the icon for me to plugt to itunes. I tried to get into the phone to go to settings but its telling me the sim card is locked. Now i cannot do anything to it. What do i do? Pleaseee help me.

I downloaded everything it asks to download. I unzipped the quickpwn folder and for some reason when I'm about to run it a screen pops up and says "QuickPwn has encountered a problem and needs to close" I can't get past that screen. What am I doing wrong?
