@Dev Team if you released the jb when the apple released new OS then some people who get into recovery mode when jailbreaking then they will restore to new OS and it cnt be jailbreak or unlock until u all found the new method. like how some people get to OS 3.1.3.

I was careful not to upgrade. Uninstalled an app. Iphone went kapoot and factory reset only put it in emergency mode. Istore had to do something fancy to fix it. But put on 3.1.3! I had no choice...
IF DEV TEAM PULLS THIS OFF ALL THE WOMEN WHO KNOW THEM SHOULD BRING THEM HAPPINESS WITH THEIR MOUTHS AND LOVE THEM LONG TIME!!!Genious!!!

i really need this unlock for 3.1.3 because without it i have no phone... =( i have a brand new 3GS that is in the box but because it is running 3.1.3 i cannot use it. so i would make a good donation when this jailbreak and unlock is released but i would love for it to come out soon, the iPhone 4G is a long wait. =((

There is a big company who make great products, but they can be assholes at times.
They sell a product called an iPhone. And unless you bought it over a month ago at the earliest, ITS GONNA HAVE 3.1.3 ON IT.
So yes we know you are all very clever, and didn't upgrade to the new firmware and baseband, but many of us did not have that luxury. SO pull your head in. -
I'm stuck with a brand new 3GS on 3.1.3 as well.

I'd certainly be happy to make a donation, having features back such as iprotect and pop up blocker etc means lots to me. Without them my 3gs is pretty damn basic, good

I bought a new ipod touch 3g so I could use orangegadgets' gps receiver. but the touch has to be jailbroken to install program so touch communicates with receiver. Problem is that when I bought the touch it already had 3.1.3 on it so I can't downgrade or I would have done so by now. If you have 3 viable crashes you can exploit already why not use one of them now and the others later when 3.2 or 4 comes along. Those of us stuck where we are though no fault of our own really need you help. So please don't wait, supply us with our jailbreak drug now.

It would just be nice if the Dev team or Geohot would let us know if a jb is coming soon or if they intend to wait etc. These phones cost an arm and a leg, big decision for me to sell and rebuy etc :(

hi - i bought iphone 3gs 32gb a month ago and it was 3.1.2 and while i was jailbreaking it itunes upgraded it to 3.1.3 with the o5.12.01 firmware.

It's been one month now since apple released 3.1.3 and still no jailbreak, as each day passes I think it's less likely a tool will be released especially just to help us out for the sake of it. I think we should all get used to the idea that we will have to wait for the next update from apple before we can be hopefully bailed out, I think that's what's happening but I really hope I'm mistaken because this is like doing cold turkey from cigarettes lol.
