No I wouldnt upgrade, its slow on a 3g. I may go back. I also now have no service through ATT. Not sure why.

They fixed it but the link in this procedure was 4.0.1 not .2. I also forgot to activate through itunes before jailbreaking which is why I didnt have service I think.

Jailbrekme only can be if yr iphone doesn't stuck with emergency call. Redsnow can jailbreak and hactivate iphone.

Got the Iphone 4, so figured why not jailbreak the 3G. The instructions were EASY to follow and all things worked fine. Now I just have to figure out what I can do with a Jailbroken phone

IT TAKES 5 MINUTES AND IF IT GET STUCK HOLD POWER AND HOME BUTTON TOGETHER IT WILL TAKE U OFF THE SCREEN AND POWER ON AGAIN AND TRY DOING IT AND ONE MORE THING ITS ONLY FOR IPHONE 3G (NON MC ) MODEL GOOD LUCK

you have to be on 4.0.1 and go in safari to jailbreakme.com to do this install the PDF patch in cydia and install firmware 4.0.2 app to spoof it
