No because you updated your baseband when you installed 4.1. You can only unlock if you use the custom firmware built by Sn0wbreeze because it preserves the old baseband.

Just google 4.1 firmware download , then use snowbreeze to make a custom ipsw file , then update it using the custom ipsw file u made with snowbreeze
