I got sick of all the mac releases and waiting on windows, so I just installed mac. Not that hard.

hi.. i have jailbroken my IP 4 ios 4.1 using limera1n..and successfully installed cydia..everything working fine..but i cant find the option to backup my shsh blobs "Make my..." in cydia.. ny help???

if you didn't see the make my life easy when you first opened cydia, then you can always get tiny umbrella in fact it's a good idea to have it even if cydia saved them.

Hey, I have an iPhone 3GS with new bootrom and I am on ios 4.1 with the 5.13.04 baseband still. I jailbroke ios 4.0.1 with jailbreakme, installed jbme2pwn from cydia and used sn0wbreeze to restore to a jailbroken ios 4.1 and installed ultrasn0w. Success!

Tried to update iphone 4 to ios 4.1 using Tinyumberella but when clicking shift+restore and select the proper firmware, I get any error message saying current firmware is not compatible ... I am sure I downloaded the current firmware. Any suggestion?!

Yeah, sorry I like my computer running, and not crashing. Sorry I don't like paying for spyware. Sorry I hate viruses. I really wish I could afford a Dell so I could go back to a pc and get rid of this junk MB Pro. I hate that photoshop and FCP are perfect for a mac!

Has anyone used limera1n to jailbreak their phone originally and have you tried using greenpois0n jailbreak after? Have you noticed any differences between the two? I used limera1n to jailbreak my phone and have the final version with no apparent problems but I am quite curious about greenpois0n, Is it even worth it to restore my phone and try greenpois0n? Or should I just stay with limera1n?

Hey I'm on ios 4.0.1 and trying to update to ios 4.1 through tiny umbrella so I can jailbreak unlock using ultrasn0w. How do I do this? I can't figure this out. Do I need to use greenpois0n for jailbreak then unlock?

Parallels? Really? There is this nifty free thing called BootCamp that every Mac has. Use that and you have a Windows super computer. 100% real and working Windows. No problems at all.

Has anyone posted a guide for jailbreaking using Greenpois0n and TinyUmbrella. Have downloaded both and backed up (ECID SHSH) but not sure how to install. I'm still at 4.0.1 and no sure how to proceed.
