cydia installed but will not open keeps putting back to my main screen to enter passcode.

I've tried many times to jailbreak my iPhone 4, never jb before just bought it with 4.2.1, with windows 7 but I keep getting 2 brief windows stating " ERROR: the process ituneshelpr.exe not found" as soon as I start GP. I continue with the jb only to have it fail every time. Anyone heard of or have this problem too?

Install the latest iTunes like the instructions say, you idiot. If you think you already have it, then uninstall then reinstall iTunes from scratch. If you use hijackthis or the like... Stop killing the ituneshelper!

I tried that as well, still getting the same error on GP. I've restarted, redownloaded GP, reinstalled itunes, and still getting the same iTuneshelpr.exe error xD

installed Cydia, rebooted device. When trying to launch Cydia greenpoison logo shows up and device locks(have to enter passcode) ???

is this normal after i jailbroke my iphone 4 and it restarts and stuff the apple logo comes up and then changes to the greenpoisen logo and a spinning circle wheel comes up and then goes to lockscreen everythings working fine though but im just wondering.
