I'm on iphone 4 and it works, but i cań´t use some apps and I've no cellular network. If I jailbreak (tethered) my i4 with RageBreak, will it hacktivate the iPhone or not ?

You cant use cellualr data because of baseband upgraded..just use it as iPod for internet, photos etc, jailbreaking is not a solution for the moment, maybe later

They might, I'm not sure. You can always ask. In reality they would probably want to confiscate the phone if Find my iPhone is activated because that usually means a phone is lost or stolen. You could always make a post on their forums and ask because that's more safer than going in, and risking them take the phone. I could be wrong though. please help!! i've reached the tinyumbrella step but cant get out of recovery :S When i press exit recovery it exits and then enters recovery mode again.Plus the device name on the left is a 10-digit number that changes after each recovery mode re-run.

i've successfully bypassed the activations and what not but i've couldn't restore my pass backup from icloud neither from device nor computer and yes i've tried the airplane mode, and without, and the restore from backup button is not showing up and the backup button is saying "Itunes could not backup the iphone 'Van Le's iphone' because a session could not be started with the iphone' just as @xXPhasemanXx said and i still have not figured out away to restore anything but i am able sync my music and movies to my iphone successfully i hope that someone or anyone with a solution and is able to help fix this situation set by set considering we've/I followed the instructions to delete the Setup.app file/folder and cannot use the setup assistant to restore from a backup on icloud or manually on computer!

I bought this iphone 5 from a guy on CL for very cheap and apperentely it had a code on it , i tried to unlock and eventually ended up restoring it which brought me to the activation screen , I dont think the phone was closed by find my iphone app but just had a code.. is there a way to unlock it easier if it wasnt turned off by the app ?

itunes has no longer recognized my iphone as of today, ive tried with wifi, and the airplane mode and yes my itunes is up to date.

I can not pass apple activation.

Hi ,
If anyone can throw some light on this . I have iphone 4 and got At&t sim in it . it get activated with it and i can see it getting signals . However when i put other carrier sim it says no service , invalid , or sim failure . Have tried couple of sims , doing aeroplane trick , covering metal part of sim connector . none of them work .. I need some help in here guys please .. -

Guys you need t have 5.1.1 version ipsw before you can proceed further. Correct me if i am wrong.
My query for those who has done it , i will be downloading ipsw 5.1.1 then try it tomorrow , internet is not that good here .
My iphone 4 is locked to at&t so with this i can unlock it , and use it with any carrier ? -
First of all thank you very much , you helped me so much !! But is it possible to remove the simlock this way ? And is there another way to jailbreak my iPhone ? Because evasion still says that my iphone is not activated .
PS I'm on 7.0.4
