I got it working, without the original carrier sim, just select auto from the method, then copy IMSI from SAM Details, then spoof Real SIM to SAM, fo back to SAM main menu and paste the IMSI that you copied from SAM detail to the IMSI on SAM main menu, then proceed to the following step.

you need to copy the IMSI from SAM details first before you spoof real SIM to SAM, then go back to SAM main menu and paste it to the IMSI string, hope it helps, then proceed to the remaining steps.

worked great then did upgrade to 04.12.01 bb and removed sam still unlocked

I have an AT&T iPhone and I don't have any other SIM CARD from different carrier can I still unlock my iPhone?Please help? Thanks

UPDATE: I only have AT&T SIM CARD which is activated and I am currently using it. Can I still unlock with this SIM CARD?

currently i am using my iPhone with AT&T, i want to unlock it to use it overseas, can i unlock my iPhone using my AT&T SIM card or i have to have a SIM CARD from a different carrier?can i use a prepaid T-Mobile SIM card to unlock my iPhone?please help thanks

Sprint 4s .... UNLOCKED.... Followed Ruslan comment... But Auto detect did the job...now on tmobile flexplan.... Saved me a lot... Im about to buy gevey ultra tomorrow... But not anymore..... I love uuuuu guyyyssss

It is showing a error " Activation reports error: activation info rejected. you must select the original carrier SIMID of your phone." Please Help....!! I got my Iphone from Bell, canada and it is locked to bb 4.11.08.

Seems to only last until i turn off the phone and turn back on i cannot recieve calls or make em anymore

To find your nearest Apple Store, click here."I'm running an iPhone 4S 5.0.1 locked to AT&T and trying to unlock it to blau/E-Plus in Germany. I'm putting in the blau sim card, choosing US and AT&T (Cingular) then I've tried all the SIM IDs, copying and pasting the SAM IMSI and spoofing, then repasting it back into the IMSI in the main menu, and plugging it in. Can anyone help me out? Much appreciated!

Will it work if you have updated your phone to the latest firmware & the baseband has been updated also?

This does NOT work, followed the guide about 6 times and nothing, no service, sim not supported, iphone damaged. My carrier is not listed my phones locked to the three network and im trying to unlock to o2. So far this is useless, sorry to be blunt lol.

Thanks a lot works on iphone 4 ios 4.2.1 bb 3.10.01 ..... swedish carrier..phone was locked to At&tif u stuck on itunes and u cant activate iphone buy the gevey activation sim from ebay. i have boght it for fun for2$ and it help me...tooks 4 min to unlock just follow the steps not the video!!!i just have a question if i update now the ios to 5.1 i jailbreak agan i install again the sam do i need to repeat that or if u save your unlock,it will be unlocked even if i update?.thanks
